摘    要:MESIS系统是基于地理信息、数据库、可视化、工作流、多媒体和WEB等多门综合信息技术的新一代气象服务产品分析制作系统。在四川省气象台本地化应用中解决了数据接口、地图本地化、后台产品功能模块化的关键技术问题,实现了GIS技术与气象实况暴雨、高温、雷雨大风多要素气象信息有机融合。产品后台自动化处理,降低了MESIS使用难度,更易在省、地市推广。

Abstract:MESIS,a new generation system,based on advanced information technologies,such as geographic information,database,visualizing,workflow,multimedia and web,works for real-time analysis and mass-industrialization of metrology service products.When the system put into use in Sichuan province,crucial issues as data interface,localization of maps,separation of system logic part into units or components had been settled.This system is dedicated to integrate meteorological factors(rainstorm,high temperature,thunders...
