摘    要:根据宁德市港澳台侨联谊中心大楼基础工程施工中的实际情况,阐述了采用预埋导管对桩端土进行后注浆加固补强,提高单桩承载力,减少沉降量的机理及应用效果。

Abstract:Based on the foundation engineering construction of a multi-storied building in Ningde City,in the paper the author expatiated on the mechanism and the applied effect of the post-injection technique.The post-injection technique is that using pre-embedded pipes and strengthening the pile-tip concrete by post-injection it can improve the bearing load of single piles and decrease the subsidence values.
