超低场磁共振诊断脊髓空洞症

摘    要:旨在探讨脊髓空洞症超低场磁共振的影像学表现及其诊断价值。材料和方法:24列;田17,女:7,平均年龄:45岁;0.04TMagnet。所用病 列用T1W和T2W。采用部分饱和脉冲序列。矢状面为主。结果:24例均看到空洞。空洞有不同大小及形状,与脑脊液信号改变相同。介天部分呈长T1和短T2改变。本病常累及颈髓和颈胸髓。范围较广,平均受累9个节段。结论:超低场磁共振是诊断本病的一种有效而准确的方法。T

Abstract:To study Ultra Low Field Magnetic Resonance Imaging (ULF-MRI) of syringomyelia (SM) and evaluate value of ULF-MRI in the diagnosis.Materials and Methods:24 cases;male:17,female:7;Average age: 45 years old. Scanning was performed with 0.04T magnet. All cases were obtained T1 weighted image and T2 weighted image. Partial Saturation Recovery (PS) Pulse sequence was used. T1W: TR /TE=250/40, T2W: TR/ TE = 1000/60. T1W Radio Frequency (RF) excitation was 8-10. T2W RF excitation was 2-3. A section thickness was 7-10mm.Sagittal images were used in all cases. Coronal or axial images were obtained in some cases. Results: 24 cases cysts were identified with ULF-MRI.Cysts appeared various size and various types. The signals from the cystic regions were homogeneous and approximately isointense with cerebrospinal fluid.However, some of SM cases showed long T1 and short T2. It was interpreted CFVS.The lesions usually involved cervical cord and cervico-thoracic cord.The lesions extended over at least five vertebral segments and average nine segments. Conclusion:ULF- MRI is effective and accurate in the diagnosis of syringomyelia. T1 sagittal image is especially important.
