| 摘 要： | 通过主成分分析和灰色关联分析方法得到黄河下游引黄灌区各区域水资源短缺的风险因子,进而应用综合评判分析方法评价水资源承载力状况;绝大多数地区的综合评分值在0.4左右,说明各地市水资源承载力较低.建议采取提高水价、提高灌溉水利用率、建立节水投入补偿机制或奖励机制以及调整三次产业结构等措施,以期科学合理地开发利用水资源.

| Abstract: | The primary scarcity risk factors of water resources in the irrigation region of the lower Yellow River are obtained by using the principal component weight analysis method and the grey association analysis method,the water resources carrying capacity of each region is evaluated with multifactorial comprehensive evaluation of risk factors.As a result,the comprehensive grades are about 0.4 in most regions of the irrigation region,so most of regions have lower potential of water resources carrying capacity.Ba... |
