Abstract: | An analysis is made of the special features of land use, and of the economic activities of the socio-economic set-ups of the agrarian sector in the Republic of Buryatia. The study revealed zones of declining agroproduction potential, and zones of “conservation” of agricultural space. Tendencies and main geographical differences between agricultural households of the population as an important phenomenon of contemporary agriculture have been uncovered. |
