| 摘 要： | 为新一轮的《大连金州新区土地整治规划（2011-2015）》编制提供依据,科学提出全区土地整理具体实施目标用以指导土地整治项目安排具有十分重要的意义。进行农用地整理潜力评价时,考虑到金州新区地形地貌情况以及耕地分布相对较为零散的特点,故运用ARCGIS对金州新区的土地利用数据进行了融合分析,利用＂耕地集中连片率＂的计算方法对农用地整理潜力进行了测算,最终确定了农用地整理规模以及可补充耕地面积。研究结果可对农用地整理潜力评价和具体项目的实施提供参考。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to provide the basis for Dalian Jinzhou newdistrict land renovation planning（ from 2011 to 2015）. Proposing the specific target scientifically to guide land consolidation project arrangement is very important. During the evaluation,considering the characteristics of topography and relatively scattered distribution in the area,we use the ARC GIS tool to analyzing. The agricultural land consolidation potential were measured by using the calculating method of ＂Arable land concentrated rate＂. Ultimately we determine the agricultural land out of scale and supplement cultivated land area. The results of the study can be carried out on potential evaluation of farmland consolidation and specific projects to provide reference. |
