| 摘 要： | 伽利略(GALILEO)计划是迄今为止欧洲将要开发的、最重要的航天计划,是世界上第一个基于民用的全球卫星导航定位系统,是以欧盟为主并联合中国在内的多国共同研发的国际合作项目。本文在简要介绍伽利略系统的开发动机、体系结构和服务方式以及实施方案等基础上,重点论述了伽利略系统在技术上、经济上及军事上对美国GPS的冲击,并分析了伽利略系统目前存在的问题以及发展前景。

| Abstract: | The GALILEO project is the most important aerospace plan that Europe will develop up to the present,is the first to navigate fixed position system according to the public global satellite in the world,regard EU as principle merges to match China at inside of multinational develop together of international cooperation item.This paper introduces the development motive,system structure and service method of GALILEO project.It also discusses GALILEO project on the technique,economy up and the military top's impact to American GPS,and analyzes GALILEO project to exist currently of problem and development foreground. |
