| 摘 要： | 本文结合乌鲁木齐市土地利用供应管理业务需求和特点,对供地业务和系统进行了分析、设计,并基于ArcGIS Server 9.3平台,采用J2EE架构实现了系统的功能。系统实现了与国土资源部土地市场动态监测与监管系统、乌鲁木齐市已有的建设用地预审审批系统、城镇地籍管理系统的关联,打通了业务之间的"数据链路"。通过对供地业务流程的再造,采用集中打印工作模式的设计,提高了工作效率。

| Abstract: | The paper combined the land supply management needs and characteristics of Urumqi, though the analyses and designs on the business and system, realizing the system based on ArcGIS Server 9.3 platforms by the J2EE architecture. The system carried out with the Land Market Dynamic Monitoring and Supervision System in Ministry of Land and Resources, and the existing construction land preliminary examination and approval system of Urumqi, getting through the ＂data link＂ between the businesses. It is for the business process of recycling, using the print job on the design, improving efficiency. |
