摘    要:分析厦门市地下管线建设现状,规划厦门市地下管线信息化建设总体目标、方案、技术路线、实施保障体系,运用WebGIS技术构建具权威性、现势性强地下管线数据及公共信息交换服务平台,实现网络化信息共享,为城市可持续发展提供多元化服务。

Abstract:Based on the analytical study of the actual state of urban underground-line(informatization) development in Xiamen City,the overall goal,general planning,studying-out technical lines and execution and support system of informatization development of(Xiamen) City are brought forward in the paper.The WebGIS technology applied on the development of underground-line information system is characterized by authoritative,the more revelation of underground-line digital information and the easiest realization of networking information-sharing service on the public information exchange service platform,which can provide with a diversificational service strategy for the urban sustainable development.
