摘    要:主要对基地8个重点地区的水资源问题及应采取的对策进行了探讨,目的是在西部大开发步伐不断加快的同时,应当注意水资源及水环境的合理开发利用,使西部经济保持可持续发展.

Abstract:The energy bases consist of eight key regions. Totally 21.69×10 4?km 2 in area,they possess very rich coal resources. According to the data available, 68.3 percent of the energy bases' coal resources occur in these regions. Nevertheless, the water resource crisis constitutes the main obstacle to the development of the energy bases.In order to exploit the limited water resources and meet the needs of the energy bases, we should take some scientific measures and policies to tackle the water resource problems of the energy bases.
