改道黄河 保护渤海

以高含沙量著称于世的黄河，在促进华北平原形成的同时，也在蚕食着渤海。仅千年时间，淤埋渤海造陆1万km^2。进入海洋世纪的当今世界，海洋国土更加显得弥足珍贵。渤海是我国唯一的内海，经济、交通和战略意义重大。黄河下游历来游荡于天津、上海之间，现行流路也只有144a的历史。因此，改道黄河，重新引导泥沙输入黄海；既保护渤海，又在不影响领海的前提下，扩大我国国土面积。不失为两利无害的千年万年大计。

Change the Yellow River Course to Protect the Bohai Sea

The Yellow River with its great sand content is well known in the world. It not only helps forming the North China plain but also makes the Bohai sea shrink away. In the recent 1,000 years, its sands deposit to extend the land 10,000 km^2 into the Bohai Sea. At present the sea is 77,000 km^2 left. Now in this marine century, the marine territory becomes very valuable, and much more the Bohai Sea is the only domestic sea in China being very important in economy, shipping, and stretegy. The down stream course of the river has changed many times in the area between Tianjin and Shanghai. The present course has only 144 year history. Therefore it would be a significant project to change the river course and to have the sand transported into the Yellow Sea. This project is to protect the Bohai Sea and to enlarge the territorial land without any impact on the territorial waters in the yellow Sea. It will have advantages and no harm to the both seas, and will last for many generations.
