深海固体矿产商业化采矿：幻想与现实

简要回顾了人类在深海固体矿产资源的调查与研究的历史，从勘查、采矿系统、冻炼技术研究的现状与存在问题、深海采矿面临的环境问题和社会需要、国际法与深海采矿的关系等方面讨论了人类实现商业化采矿的前景；笔者认为深海矿产资源的勘探和开发，无论是从调查技术和方法或是采矿和选冶技术来看，技术上基本是成熟可行的。单纯就技术方法的可能性看，３０年或者更长一点的时期，有可能实现商业化采矿，但考虑到国际法保证程度、环境

COMMERCIAL DEEP SEA MINING OF SOLID MINERAL RESOURCES:FANTASTIC OR REALISTIC

After a brief review of the history of exploration and research of deep-sea solid mineral resources milning,the authors discuss the prospect from several aspects:the status and problems of exploration and metallurgy,environmental and social problems in deep sea mining and the relatioliship between international laws and deep-sea mining.The authors hold that the exploration methods and mining and metallurgic technology are mature enough for the deep-sea mining today.Technologically speaking,the commercial mining would come true within about 30 years. However, in consideration of international laws, environmental poltltion and national relationship, the commercial mining would perhaps come true by themiddle of next century.
