中国大地电导率电子地图的研制

摘    要:大地电导率电子数字地图对于无线电授时、导航、通信、广播等系统工程有重要应用价值。因此,国际电联(ITU-R)建议各国测量、研究、标准化大地电导率地图。介绍了中国全图大地电导率电子地图的调查、研制过程;详细描写研制的关键技术方法,特别是在本图研制中应用了地图数据采集扫描自动矢量化和计算机图形学技术。同时,又介绍了如何使用业已研制的“中国大地电导率电子地图(版本1.0)”。

Abstract:The electronic digital map of ground conductivities is very important and useful to radio systematic engineering such as time service,navigation,communication and broadcast,etc.ITU R recommended that the map of ground conductirities be surveied,studied and standarized.The process of investigating and developing the electronic digital map of ground conductivities of China is introduced in this paper.The key techniques and methods for making the map,especially,the map data auto collecting by scanning and the computer graphics are described in detail.The electronic map of ground conductivities of China(version 1.0)has been completed and is shown in Fig.3.Additionally,the usage of this electronic map is explained.
