| 摘 要： | 利用中国台站实测降水资料及NCEP／NCAR再分析资料，对2000年夏季华北地区降水的时空变化特征及其主要影响因子进行了初步分析。东亚夏季风活动偏南、西太平洋副热带高压位置偏东偏北、阻塞高压较为稳定是造成华北夏季降水偏少的主要原因，并由此造成了南涝北旱现象。

| Abstract: | By utilizing actual precipitation data and reanalysis data of NCEP/NCAR,the paper analyzed precipitation spatio-temporal change characteristic and its major effect factor in North China in summer of 2000.The main reasons of causing few precipitation in North China is that East Asian summer monsoon is activity in the south of secular average position,location of west Pacific Ocean subtropical high is in the east and north of secular position and blocking high is stable. |
