| Abstract: | The article analyzes the present situation of development and utilization of water resources and its existing problems, puts forward some engineering measures that give priority to utilize surface water, reasonably interbasin distribution of flood in the flood season, impounding water and supplement of water sources in the local basin, tap water transfer engineering and other optimized dispatching ones. |
