摘    要:以石油地球物理勘探为背景,对近年来信息处理中一些重要的新技术(模式识别、神经网络、信号重构、小波变换等)以及计算机网络在这一领域中的一些较典型的应用进行了简要的介绍,并对一些可能的应用方向进行了展望.

Abstract:The past few decades was a period in Which modern information processing techniques and computer networking techniques developed very rapidly. Some of these techniques such as pattern recognition, neural networks, signal reconstruction, wavelet transform and the Internet/Intranet technique have important applications in the field of exploration geophysics.Some of the typical applications are reviewed in this paper. Some promising future applications are also discussed.
