丙脒盐酸盐的合成工艺研究

摘    要:采用单因子实验及均匀实验设计,考察了影响丙脒盐酸盐收率的因素,经回归分析,得出了合成丙脒盐酸盐的优化工艺条件:物料配比n(CH3CH2CN)﹕n(CH3OH)﹕n(HCl)=1﹕1.1﹕1.1;整个反应体系为无水体系;在反应前期,溶液温度为0~10℃,pH值为4.0左右,反应时间为9 h;在反应后期,溶液温度为0~20℃,pH值为8.0~8.5;氨-甲醇溶液的质量分数为15.0%。在此优化工艺条件下,丙脒盐酸盐的收率为94.0%,含量≥99%。

Synthesis of Propionamidine Hydrochloride

Abstract:The factors influencing synthesizing propionamidine hydrochloride were investigated by single factor experiment and uniform test design.The optimum process conditions were obtained by regression analysis.The optimum conditions are as follows: molar ratio of propionitrile to anhydrous methanol to hydrogen chloride 1:1.1:1.1,without any moisture,at the beginning reaction temperature 0~10℃,pH value of the solution 4.0,reaction time 9 hours;later reaction temperature 0~20℃,pH value 8.0~8.5;concentration of ammonia-methanol solution 15%.As a result,yield of propionamidine hydrochloride was up to 94.0%,with the purity of 99%.
