| Abstract: | Both China and South Korea began the e-government construction in 1980s.However,the achievement of Korea in this field is far beyond China.For the purpose of speeding up the e-government construction of our country,it is of great help to study South Korea's useful experience of e-government construction and the effective methods which have been practiced by them in solving the similar problems. |
