摘    要:以往的气象观测基本上靠人工完成,费时费力,准确率不高。随着自动化监测技术的发展正逐步改变过去人工观测业务模式,减少了由人工观测引起的误差,提高了地面观测资料的可靠性,减轻了观测人员的劳动强度,而且能大大提高气象观测时间与空间的密度,增强监测、警报、预测能力,为天气预报、决策服务、人工影响天气、科学研究和城市环境、气象服务等提供准确、及时、稠密的地面观测资料。

Abstract:With the development of Automatic Observation technology,automatic weather station is substi- tuting the manual observation gradually.This operational mode has many advantages.It can reduce the observation error,improve the reliability of ground measure,lighten operational workload,furthermore,can consumedly im- prove the spatial and temporal density of weather observation,enhance the ability of weather observation,warning and forecast.So we can provide accurate,timely and densely covered ground meteorological measure data for weather forecast,decision-making service,weather modification and science study etc.
