摘    要:本文的目的在于评价Gd-DTPA增强扫描在正确诊断不同表现的转移瘤中的作用。材料与方法;应用平扫及Gd-DTPA增强扫描,对55例脑转移瘤进行回顾性分析,并根据其既往病史、临床表现、病变部位及MR特征进行分类。结果:第一、二组有或无既往肿瘤病史,MR见脑内多发占位,病变典型,易于诊断;第三组无既往肿瘤病史,MR见脑内单发病变,无典型特征,诊断较困难。结论:多数脑转移瘤具有典型特征,易于诊断:少数非

Abstract:Purpose: To summarize the characterization and to evaluate Gd-DTPA in the brain metastases. Materials and methods; using the methods of MRI without and with Gd-DTPA enhancement. 55 cases of brain metastases were analysed retrospectively, and the classification was made in accordance with the location and MR characterization of the lesion, the anamnesis of tumor and the clinical manifestation. Results; with or without anamnesis of tumor, the multiple occupying lesion were seen in the brain which were referred to the group 1. The group 2 includes the cases which had anamnesis of tumor and characteristic single occupying lesion in the brain.The diagnoses of groups 1 and 2 could be made easily. It was very difficult to make the diagnosis in the group 3, in which the patients had no anamnesis of tumor and had only a single occupying lesion in the brain without characteristic manifestation of metastasis. Conclusions it is not difficulty to make the diagnosis in the majority of brain metastases, which had characteristic MR menifestation, however, attention should be paid in some atypical metastatic cases. Besides, it is of great use to differentiate tumor from edema, necrosis, cystogenesis and to identify the very small occupying lesion with the enhancement of Gd-DTPA.
