| 摘 要： | 建立楼盘管理信息系统的目的是为了实现房地产公司对楼盘销售、管理的信息化、科学化、可视化。文中介绍了建立该系统的技术方案，包括总体框架设计、系统功能设计及数据库设计，并给出了实现方法。
