| 摘 要： | 文章通过对受损生态系统现状及态势的研究，揭示了受损生态系统恢复与重建的必要性和紧迫性，同时，还对恢复和重建的理论基础及目标进行了深入探讨，结果受损生态系统恢复及重建的成功经验，研究了适合各地自然生态环境特点的治理模式。

| Abstract: | This paper appeals urgent and essentiality of restoring and eco restructing for damaged regional ecosystem after studying on present situation and development tendency of damaged regional ecosystem, meanwhile, the theoretical basis and goal of restoring and eco restructing for damaged regional ecosystem are studied as well. Combining successful experiences, the governance models of restoring and eco restructing for damaged regional ecosystem that are suitable for local physical geography, ecology and environment feature are researched. |
