| 摘 要： | 传统的项目评价净值法在对某些具有明显期权特性的项目评价上存在较大的缺陷，从分析自然资源开发项目的期权特性出发，引入期权理论，建立了自然资源开发项目的期权价值模型，并结合传统项目评价方法，提出了自然资源开发项目的综合价值评价方法。
