| 摘 要： | 哈尔滨市阳明滩大桥疏解工程是黑龙江省政府为振兴东北老工业基地,缓解两岸交通压力,造福子孙后代而投资建设的一项基础公益性工程,同时,也是黑龙江省十五计划重点工程。该工程提供的二等GPS平面控制网测量成果为城市规划设计提供第一手资料及数据,便于施工单位对阳明滩大桥沿线工程做施工测量,也便于规划设计者对我市做整体规划及道桥布局。

| Abstract: | Harbin YangMing Tan Bridge,the key project of Heilongjiang fifteen-plan,is a public welfare project to revitalize the northeast industrial base and alleviate the traffic pressure for the benefits of next generations.The second level GPS plane control network results shown through this project provide the first hand information and data to facilitate the city planning and road layout. |
