Infrared sources in radio loops

A concentration of IRAS sources at wavelengths of 12, 25, 60, and 100 mm toward the radio loops I-IV has been found. This enables us to assign distances of some 100-300 pc to these sources. In the region of the north polar spur, small excesses in the density of IRAS sources over the averages for the respective latitudes are found only at 12 and 25 Μm.
