| Abstract: | In this paper, it has been proposed that an adjustment principle of relative analysis, which is suitable to the data processing of deformation measuring at crossing-fault sites. The sudden variation and its stability of the relative displacement along a fault has been analyzed by using catastrophic theory. The correctness of this method has been tested and verified by using some practice examples. |
