| Abstract: | In 1978, seven uranium ore reference samples were prepared by the Bureau of Uranium Geology (China). The processing of these samples, prepared in the range of 220–370 kg, is briefly presented along with their general chemical composition. Analytical procedures employed for the determination of U, Th and Ra are briefly discussed. Recommended values are proposed for U, Th and Ra in the seven reference samples. |
