区域可持续发展中的资源环境地球科学科普教育

民众参与是实施可持续发展的关键之一，为此需要大力开展科普教育。区域可持续发展中的地球科学科普教育是以人地关系为主题的，目前宜从下列方面开展活动；一是广泛宣传生态因素（包括地质灾害）对人类生存和发展的限制作用；二是普及与矿产资源开发相关的知识，特别是关注矿山开采的生态环境效应，以增强民众自觉节约资源、保护自己生态环境的意识。

The Popularization Education of Earth Science of Resources and Environment in Regional Sustainable Development

The participation of the masses of the people is the key to realize sustainable development. For this reason it is necessary to extensively develop the popularization education of sciences. The relationship between human and the Earth is the main subject of popularization education of the Earth science in regional development. At present the following aspects would be carried out for the popularization educations: first is extensive propaganda about restrictions of ecological factors on the living and development of human; second is popularization of the knowledge concerning the explitation of mineral resources, particularly to put more attention to the ecological effects of mining. So that it can promote the people to consciously save the resources and protect the living environment.
