| 摘 要： | 汛期地质灾害气象预报预警工作是一项系统工程,应建立完善的省级国土、气象专门管理机构——地质灾害气象预警中心。本文介绍了河南省汛期地质灾害气象预报预警系统的组织结构及管理体系、技术支持、硬件设施等3个层面。同时介绍了预报级别划分及预报信息发布方式。

| Abstract: | The geologic hazard weather forecast in high-water season is a systemic engineering;so,a perfect provincial land and resources,special weather management organization-center of geologic hazard weather forecast should be established.The administrative organization,management system,tech support,and hardware configuration of geologic hazard weather forecast system in high-water season,He`nan Province are introduced in this paper,including the classification of the early warning level and issue way of the information. |
