| 摘 要： | 伏牛山重渡沟景区发展具有典型示范性,探讨重渡沟景区旅游扶贫机制和发展路径,分析其存在的问题和未来发展策略,既有助于旅游扶贫理论研究的深入,也可以促进旅游扶贫实践的科学发展；通过实地调研掌握一手资料,采用企业经济分析的理论方法,揭示了重渡沟景区经济利益主体间的合作博弈图景.研究表明:伏牛山重渡沟景区旅游扶贫模式的独特之处在于景区公司+农户的互补型旅游企业共同体的组织形式、旅游公司对农家宾馆的垄断管理和一体化的经营机制、旅游公司与社区合作博弈中政府的制度保障和约束作用的发挥等；结论是农户深度参与景区旅游企业经营体系,保证社区居民旅游受益最大化,是旅游扶贫成功的关键.

| Abstract: | Development on tourism is one of the important ways of the poverty-eradication in mountain area.The pattern of anti-poverty in Chongdugou scenic spot includes the following main contents: Chongdugou scenic company add peasant family forms of organization,scenic company to peasant family’s hotel monopoly management and integration operation mechanism,government playing an important role in system construction about competition and cooperation of scenic company and the community residents,and so on.The pattern of anti-poverty and development on tourism effectively ensure the benefit maximization of the community residents. |
