| 摘 要： | 地理信息系统与网络结合形成的网络地理信息系统是目前地理信息系统发展的一个重要方向。在分析了当今WebGIS的开发技术后，提出了基于IMS的全新WebGIS构造系统，并对该系统的主要功能进行了介绍。
