| 摘 要： | 大、中城市周边的县域地区如何发展循环经济,具有一定的代表性和示范意义,目前针对性研究较少.荥阳市是典型的近郊型县级市,以荥阳市为例,在研究了其与所依托的郑州市的相互关系和自身产业特色的基础上,确定以打造"废旧物资综合利用、循环经济型新农村"两大循环经济体系为重点,提出了建设循环经济型城市的目标、总体框架和发展模式,为其他近郊型县域地区发展循环经济提供借鉴和示范作用.
