山东省城市土地集约利用的对策研究

“人多地少”的省情及对建设用地调控力度的不足,使国家对土地实行严控管理,使城市土地集约利用成为必然。为此,提出建立城市土地集约利用状况的评价制度与监控机制、实行项目控制和实施管理的规划对策,以保证城市建设用地集约利用的实现,使城市土地利用达到良好的经济、社会和环境效应。

Study on Countermeasures of Land Utilization Intensively in Shandong Province

Land is comparatively lack in Shandong province.Thus,it is very necessary to use land concentrately.Evaluation and monitoring policies should be set up to control and manage land concentratively to guarantee realization of construction land utilization concentrately,and gained a good economic,social and environment efficiency.
