基于GIS的建设用地管理系统设计与实现

为了适应社会经济快速发展和人口持续增长对建设用地节约集约利用提出的高要求,本系统以建设用地节约集约利用评价、影响因素相关性分析、需求预测等理论方法为基础,运用ArcGIS空间分析、专题图制作等功能实现了用地动态监测、现状评价和趋势预测,为基层国土资源部门的建设用地管理和科学规划决策提供技术保障。本文以湖北省蕲春县漕河镇城区建设用地为例,详细阐述了系统各项功能的实施。

Design and implementation of construction land management system based on GIS

In order to meet the demands of rapid economic development and increasing population to the intensive use of construction land,and based on the theoretical methods of intensive use evaluation,correlation analysis,and demand forecast,etc.,this paper realizes a system for land dynamic monitoring.This system can perform situation evaluation and trend prediction using spatial analysis and thematic cartography of ArcGIS.It can provide technical supports for construction land management and scientific plan decision-making for basic land resources departments.Taking the construction land of Caohe town,Qichun county,Hubei province as an example,an elaborate implementation is presented.
