浅析新时期土地变更调查

2010年我国开始按照新机制,采用新方法开展土地变更调查,但从目前情况看,土地变更调查工作还存在体制不顺,标准不一,调查不全,精度不高,数据不实,调查时间长等一系列问题。本文从讨论历年土地变更调查的特点及有关情况入手,筛查现阶段土地变更调查工作存在的问题并分析原因,提出了新时期做好土地变更调查工作的若干思路。

A Brief Analysis of Land Change Surveys in New Period

Our country started to carry out land change surveys according to new mechanism and new method in 2010,but as far as the present situation is concerned,there exist a series of questions such as imperfect system,disunity standard,incomplete survey content,low accuracy,incorrect data,time-consuming etc.Starting from features of land change surveys and related situation over the years,this paper finds out the problems about current land change surveys,analyses the reasons for the problems,discusses the issues of land change surveys in new period,proposes some ideas of solving existing problems to perform land change surveys at last.
