基于GIS的城市土地利用现状评价系统的实现

土地是人类赖以生存、社会赖以发展的物质基础。随着人口的增长,人地矛盾日渐突出;特别提随着我国城市化和工业化进程的加快,土地资源的供给与社会需求之间的矛盾日益尖锐;特别是随着我国城市化进程的加快,城乡边缘地带的土地利用出现了一系列的问题。本文基于已有的方法和手段,改进了监督土地利用的方法,采用Visual Studio 2008＋ArcEngine为开发平台,C#语言进行系统的开发,利用诸暨市某区域的宗地数据和地块数据进行试验分析,主要目标是实现宗地利用现状和用途的查询、监督等工作,为土地利用提供有力的监管工具。

The Implementation of Urban Land Use Status Evaluation System Based on GIS

The land is the physical basis of human survival and social development. With the growth of human population, the human - land relationship is becoming tenser with the passing of time. As the process of urbanization and industrialization accelerates, the contradiction between the supply and demand of land is becoming greater, and new problems of land utilization arise in the outskirt of cities with the acceleration of urbanization. Based on the existing methods and means, this paper improved the supervision method of land use. It uses Visual Studio 2008 and ArcEngine as the development platform, c# as the development language, tests and analyses the results by using parcel land data of an experimental area. The main purpose of this paper is to realize land utilization and status quo inquiry and supervision and other functions which provides powerful regulatory tool for land management departments.
