摘    要:通过构造一三层模式,研究了在强跃层存在情形下内潮的生成与传播特性。研究表明内潮显著依赖于层化结构(层化强弱、各层厚度)。内潮存在可观的斜压余流,陆架上可达8cm/s。此外,在陆架坡折区,第二模态不可忽略。

Abstract:By developing a three--layer numerical model, the generation and propagation of internal tides when there is a strong thermocline are studied. The results show that internal tides may depend considerably on the stratification structure (including the stratification strength and the thickness of each layer). There exist considerable Euler residuals, which can be up to 8cm/s on the continental shelf. Besides,the motion of second modes at the continental shelf break region should not be neglected.
