浙江省滨海平原地下水开采与地面沉降

浙江省滨海平原地面沉降自20世纪60年代发生以来，随着地下水的不断开采，造成洪涝灾害加剧、海潮上岸、城市排水排污能力削弱，内河通航能力下降、农田长年受淹等危害，影响社会经济的可持续发展。根据多年来的地面沉降与地下水动态监测、调查成果，对浙江省滨海平原地面沉降历史与现状、地面沉降基本规律进行总结，提出地面沉降防治对策建议

The Relation between Groundwater Exploitation and Land Subsidence in the Coast Plain of Zhejiang Province

The coast plain of Zhejiang province has been subsided since the 1960s. Along with the constant groundwater exploitation, the land subsidence caused a series of harms such as the aggravated tide disaster and waterlogging disaster, the weakened city drainage capacity, the declined river navigable capacity, and the perennial farmlands submerging. It may affect the sustainal development of the regional economy. According to the dynamic monitoring data of land subsidence, groundwater level and the research results, the history, the status and the regularites of land subsidence are summarized, and the suggestions on prevention and treatment measures of land subsidence are brought forward.
