| 摘 要： | 提出一种基于语音压缩技术，可利用北斗系统进行语音通信的新型北斗用户机设计方案。这是一种北斗用户机的全新应用，在原有北斗用户机报文通信功能基础上实现语音通信。该设计丰富了北斗系统的应用领域，使北斗用户机有了更为广泛的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Based on the technology about audio compression,Proposed one design scheme that may carry on the speech communication for the new BeiDou terminal using the BeiDou system.This is one kind of brand-new application about BeiDou terminal,that realizes the speech communication function based on the text communication function of the original BeiDou terminal.This design has enriched the BeiDou system application domain,enable the BeiDou terminal to have the more widespread application prospect. |
