江苏丹徒前黄水泥配料粘土矿床矿石工业利用试验研究

系统了介绍了生产水泥的石灰石，下蜀粘土，硫酸渣三组分配料的工艺性能试验成果，提供了一套有关采用现代水泥工艺生产出符合ＡＳＴＭ的Ｉ型水泥的试验数据，同时，其试验成果可代同类矿床勘探借鉴。

Industrial Application Test of Cement Ingredient Clay Deposit of Qianhuang,Dantu of Jiangsu Province

Qianhuang clay deposit,located in Dantu of Zhenjiang,is one of the large scale cement ingredient clay deposit proved by exploration in the south of Jiangsu in recent years.For the ingredient of cement production i.e.limestone,clay and sulphuric acid residue,the test of technical properties has been carried out covering coal grindability,grindability of green stock and inflammability as well as primary volatility,It shows that as a high quality raw material of cement production,Qianhuang clay has a good grindability in the formula of green stocks and a perfect inflammability under the normal rate value and powdered fineness.A set of operating parameters suitable for the production of high grade I type cement based on the ASTM standard has been obtained by the test.Moreover,the test results can be also applied for the exploration of similar deposits.
