| 摘 要： | 不确定度是与测量结果相联的参数，表征合理地赋于被测量值的分散性。标准值的不确定度是对真值存在范围的估计和推断。正确理解不确定度的涵义和清晰了解测量误差的来源与性质是准确表达不确定度的重要前提。对不确定度表达中的有关问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The uncertainty is a parameter associated with the result of a measurement, which characterizes the dispersion of the values that could reasonably be attributed to the measurement. The uncertainty of certified value is the best estimate for distribution range of the measured values in which the true value of the measurement lies. Some problems in the expression of the uncertainty were discussed. |
