国土资源管理部门业务会议辅助系统的研制

国土资源管理部门的业务会议需要显示、查询多种与空间数据相关的报建审批资料，常规的GIS难以满足会议简捷、便利的应用需求，需开发针对性的系统。本文基于实践经验讨论了这类会议辅助系统研制的技术路线，提出了系统的服务目标、结构设计、功能设计及数据组织。为提高国土资源部门业务会议的效率和决策科学性，提供了有力的信息技术手段。

Research on the Meeting Aid System in the Field of Land Resource Management

In the domain of land resource management,the administration meeting needs to display and query different kinds of document data which is not able to be provided by the common GIS system in a easy way.This kind of meeting aid system has to be developed specially.Based on the real development experience,this paper introduces the method and strategy for the development of meeting aid system including the service objects,architecture scheme,function design and data organization.This system provides the land resource government domain with a valid technology to improve the management level and make decision-making more efficient.
