论城市规划和可持续发展的地学环境

城市地学环境主要涉及城市及其周边地区的地壳和地表运动，水环境、地质和地理环境、气象条件等方面及其相应的灾害潜在性的研究、防护，其中也包括了人类活动对地学环境的影响，其范围和深度主要取决于在人类活动中直接和间接移动地球物质的量。强调了在特大城市的可持续发展中，要注意防止和减少其对地学灾害的脆弱性，并指出对其地学环境保护和管理的重要意义。

ON GEO-ENVIRONMENT FOR CITY PLANNING AND ITS SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

Urban geo environment mainly concerns those regards in and around a city, such as the movement of the Earth crust and the Earth surface, conditions of hydrology, geology, geography and meteorology. Relevant studies on geo disaster reduction and the influences resulted from human activities on the geo environment are included as well. The breadth and depth of the influences on the natural system of the Earth primarily depend on how much and how fast the Earth materials are directly and indirectly moved in human activities. It is stressed that another characteristic of megacities is the vulnerability of megacities to disasters and environmental pollution and it will be more aggravative with the expansion and the centralization of a megacity, therefore geo environmental protection and management are of significant to the city planing and its sustainable development.
