摘    要:城市用水中约 5 0 %是工业冷却水。海水代替淡水作为工业冷却用水——海水冷却 ,是解决我国沿海城市和地区淡水资源危机问题的重要途径之一。海水冷却技术包括海水直流冷却技术和海水循环冷却技术 ,目前我国基本具备了具有自主知识产权的海水(直流、循环 )冷却关键技术。寻求政府在资金、政策等方面的大力支持 ,加强有关行业、院所、企业的“强强联合”,适时借鉴国外先进的海水冷却塔技术 ,加快产业化技术示范 ,是推进海水循环冷却技术快速发展的必由之路

Abstract:Based on incomplete statistics, water for industrial cooling purpose accounts for nearly 50 percent of the total water consumption. To substitute seawater for fresh water as industrial cooling water is an important way to alleviate the fresh water shortage of coastal cities and regions in China.The seawater cooling treatment technology includes seawater once-through cooling technology and seawater circulating cooling technology. At present, we basically have the key seawater cooling technology with self-dependent intellectual property (once-through cooling technology and circulating cooling technology). Seeking support of the fund and policy from the government, reinforcing the cooperation among industry, enterprise and academy, assimilating the advanced seawater cooling tower technology in other countries, and accelerating the technological demonstration of industrialization are the way to promote the rapid development of seawater circulating cooling technology.
