| Abstract: | This paper aimed at building the 3D city management information system by the secondary developing based on ArcEngine.The program language of this system was Microsoft C#.It mainly described the implementation process of view,query,analysis,rendering and other functional modules in the system,and explored 3D GIS use in the field of urban management. |
