| 摘 要： | ９０年代以来，韩国对华投资规模不断扩大，其中三分之一以上的韩国投资集中分布于山东省，对山东经济发展产生了深刻的影响。本文以韩国对山东省直接投资为研究对象，重点分析其基本特征、投资动力和山东省吸引韩资的区位优势，并指出其存在的问题及政策建议。

| Abstract: | The scale of Korea's direct investment in China has been enlarging rapidly since the 1990s' and more than one third of the total amount of it concentrates in Shandong Province. The aim of this study is to study the direct investment of Korea in Shandong and its characteristics, motives and the choice of location that have been studied. Based on the above discuses, the existing problems of Korea's investment in Shandong are pointed out and the relative measures solving the problems are related. |
