| Abstract: | The article is mainly focused on improving the ability, intensifying the management, making overall plans. And it describes the close relation between prevention and reduction of the earthquake disasters with constructing harmonious society. It also introduces the strong emphasis and the successful approach on the prevention and reduction of earthquake disaster from municipal government of amoy which offers the powerful serwice and ensures to build a harmonious society, even to construct a special economic zone with a safe environment of earthquakes. |
