摘    要:综合应用美国极轨卫星NOAA-18遥感资料、地面自动站、人工站、风廓线雷达资料以及环境监测站污染物资料等多种资料,对2008年10月28日发生在江苏沿江地区的一次罕见霾天气进行了综合分析研究.结果表明:此次过程的根本原因是沿江地区农民大规模焚烧稻秆排放的烟尘,而近地层偏东风的平流输送和辐合是造成霾的主要原因,同时逆温层结、弱下沉运动、低边界层高度等因素的叠加也有重要作用;在特征上与一般性霾相比有一定的差异.

Abstract:A heavy haze case happened in the region around Yangzi river of Jiangsu province on Oct.28 2008. Through analyzing the NOAA-18 satellite remote sensing data, auto weather station data, conditional observation data, wind profile radar data and aerosol pollution observation data, the results indicate that the smoke and dust released by burning straw in farms around the Yangtze River caused this heavy haze, and the transmission and convergence under the boundary layer are the main factors of causing this haze, combined with inversion temperature, weak downward flow and lower boundary layer. The characters of this haze are different from the normal haze.
