| 摘 要： | 本文以腔长为基本参数,讨论了平凹稳腔的稳定性、模体积、不同输出方式的光束参数随腔的g参数变化的规律,给出了解析及图解结果,对小型氦氖激光器结构参数的选择具有一定的指导意义,对其它激光器的设计也有一定的参考价值。
