| Abstract: | As foreign teachers has become an integral part of the China’s higher education faculty,in the paper,based on the analysis of the employment status of foreign teachers,the author puts forward some solutions on how to improve the benefit of foreign teachers employment.Only in this way can we better serve the internalization of universities and colleges. |
